To create a forum for discussion, problem solving, information exchange and education for the Tampa Bay area corporation relocation managers/administrators.   Further, to enhance the programs for corporate transfers provided by relocation service companies by fostering training and idea sharing opportunities.

The TBARC operates under guidelines established by the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) to further maintain professional standards in the relocation industry.  Members are strongly encouraged to be part of the national Employee Relocation Council.

Monthly meetings featuring industry recognized speakers and networking and support opportunities.

Corporate relocation administrators, third party and other relocation service firms, relocation department personnel of real estate firms, banks, van lines, mortgage companies, appraisers, rental assistance firms, temporary housing firms, and other companies which provide services to corporate transferees.

The Tampa Bay Area Relocation Council pledges to maintain high standards of professional integrity and ethics for the mutual benefit and growth of its members.
